2022年8月5日至6日，第八届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」金银奖逐鹿演讲在上海顺利举行。共收到394家机构申报的1353份作品，549份入围作品多元化呈现，近400位来自中国本土、中国香港、中国台湾、美国、英国、德国、意大利、新加坡、日本、泰国等国家和地区的演讲嘉宾，经过2天紧张有序演讲，角逐年度金银奖。

最终，第八届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」年度金银奖，正式揭晓！在激烈的全球竞争中，第八届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」优秀奖获奖率31.07%，银奖获奖率4.66%，金奖获奖率4.51%。

我司主持的眉山优品道复地黄龙溪谷清峯岸荣获顶级豪宅类银奖，武汉城建花山印象荣获居住示范区类银奖，太白雅居乐富春山居荣获居住示范区类优秀奖。

8TH CREDAWARD Gold and Silver Award Competition Presentation has been successfully held in Shanghai on August 5th to 6th, 2022. The 8TH CREDAWARD has received 1,353 works from 394 companies. 549 shortlisted works are in a diverse category.Nearly 400 speakers from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, China, America, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Japan, Thailand and other countries and regions competed for the annual gold and silver awards after two days of intense and orderly presentation.

Finally, the Annual Gold and Silver Awards of 8TH CREDAWARD are now officially announced! In the fierce global competition, the rate of Merit Award of 8TH CREDAWARD is only 31.07%, the silver award winning rate is 4.66%, and the gold award winning rate is 4.51%.

We designed projects Mei Shan Unusual Luxury Won The Luxury Residence category - Silver Awards, Wuhan Huashan Impression won Demonstration Area category -Silver Awards, and Taibai Fuchun Exhibition - Merit Award.

本案位于眉山市彭山区锦江镇，毗邻成都市天府新区，周边旅游资源富集，具备发展休闲度假业态的条件，片区以居住功能为主，生态环境优良。

建筑师以度假和场地独有的人文气质相结合，提出“空中院落”的设计概念，力图打造幸福舒适的度假式社区，现代简约的建筑风格，公建化立面，冠部采用“皇冠”造型，引领高端人士聚集。

虽为居住项目，但建筑师仍以“公共性”的眼光来对待，试图在黄龙溪谷古镇中，找到合适的定位及表达。项目公区“酒店化”、度假化的旅居体验，立面“去住宅化”的设计，对黄龙溪谷片区城市空间都赋予了一种全新的气息，产品创新成为本案突破的难点。

本案位于武汉市花城大道，住宅用地距市政道路远，因此设计考虑示范区承担着对外展示和形象输出的重要作用。设计采用大面积水域烘托建筑，延展空间，营造“浮游之境”的效果。

建筑结构展示了具有流动感的曲线之美，将外围杂乱视线遮挡，提供了穿越式的水景体验。设计考虑花山一江三湖的格局，将木构建筑与水面结合，形成了清朗秀丽的景致。具有曲线之美的建筑与水域结合，为城市增添了一道风景线，同时展现了设计的独具匠心。

本案位于宝鸡市眉县5A级太白山国家森林公园，环境优美，依山傍水，是十分宜居的度假胜地。借“悠然见山”的意境营造为背景，以“回归自然”为目标核心，将生活与自然融为一体，打造惬意雅致的生活空间。

设计期望借助景观优势形成稳定的人群规模和空间转变，从而鼓励人们能够自由地探索富有趣味的空间。以大型开放景观空间为背景，营造曲径通幽的意境。

将欧式风格的立面，以玻璃幕墙和铝板格栅的运用形成视觉焦点，整体风格趋向现代新中式，使建筑表情丰富且具有双重性：白天稳重不失细腻，夜晚则显得浪漫灵动。线与面围合出简洁而有力的几何体量。通过刚与柔、虚与实的对比，来表现建筑的现代张力。

「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」由地建师DJSER发起于2014年，因其严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，被行业誉为“最具有挑战性的大奖”之一。

第八届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」奖项评委团由海内外顶尖学术力量及品质开发建设集团联袂组成，由全体主席团、学术评委团、地产评委团、百位行业评审代表组成。在坚持建筑审美、环境优先、用户体验、经济效益 的评价标准，秉承公平、公正、理性的原则，进行严谨、客观、公正的投票。

8TH CREDAWARD invites global academic strengths and leaders of quality development and construction groups to serve as the Jurors. The Jury is composed of all Chairs, Academic Jurors, Real Estate Jurors, and hundreds of industry Reviewers. The award adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits and the principles of fairness, impartiality and rationality to conduct rigorous, objective and fair voting.
